I had hot chocolate and brownie here. It was delicious.I like the environment, interior and the food ofcourse. Also the staff was very polite. The best part is that you can have customised designs on the coffe/ hot chocolate.
It was nice that there was a coffee shop in walking distance from where I was staying. A somewhat small coffee shop with limited seats. Since it was the weekend there were a few customers ahead of me. But there was only one staff taking the order and making the drinks at the time I came in, so the wait was a bit long. I was planning to get the cold brew with sandwiches since it sounded interesting, but I ended up getting the latte. I think it was pretty decent. The latte was rich and had a nice nutty flavor. I was afraid it would be bitter, but it wasn’t. The latte did have some light texture as you drink it, probably from the breakdown of the sesame seeds that has been boiled off. If I could’ve stayed in the city longer, I would love to try more of their unique coffees.
My friend was basically begging me to come here to give this place a chance. He comes here religiously once a week, and has even become good friends with the owner! It has flawless reviews and is pretty close to my home. So finally, I gave it a chance!I got their Latte. Even though it was a latte, it was pretty chocolatey which I loved. The froth was nice and thick, pretty nice considering it was almond milk. Well done! Not too sweet, just in case you were wondering.
Absolutely love this coffee spot! I’ve tried a couple of drinks here (all of which are fantastic), but their latte is my recent FAVORITE! Trust me, it’s a game changer. In addition to coffee, they offer a variety of other creative items on their menu. Their sandwich is delicious (presentation is on point) and for those with a sweet tooth, their muffins is to die for! So many more items on the menu that I need to try.The owners and staff are also super nice and friendly, and attract a lot of regulars in the neighborhood (myself included). It’s a popular spot with really great ambiance to study/work — if only this place was around back in my college days!Highly suggest checking this place out if you haven’t yet. Trust me, you won’t regret it!
Came in for a quick cup of coffee one morning, and it was great! The coffee wasn’t unreasonably overpriced, and it was definitely above average (much better than the coffee they serve at chains like Starbucks or Coffee Bean). Service was very quick, and the people working there were really friendly. The ambiance of the place is nice too –
Rise & Grind is my fave go to coffee shop whenever I’m in the city. This spot is truly a local gem! My favorite is the latte! When you’re taking a scroll at MGF Metropolis, don’t forget to have a cup of espresso with you! It’ll definitely make your day! Cheers!
Quality cafe! Stopped by here on our walk and I loved it- including the wall decor. Only complaint would be that it’s too small but still very elegant and lovely. They have unique flavored drinks besides the basics. Definitely a great spot to get some work done on your computer too.
