This is a cool place for tea lovers, although I am not a tea lover but still tried this place just to enjoy winters with a cup of hot ginger tea and vada pav. This outlet has outside sitting area. Good place for chit chat.
Being a chai lover, I don’t stop myself from having chai be it any place, hills, seashores, nukkad wali, or any cafe or restaurant…Came across this Brand Chai Point for the first time in Hyderabad and I literally fell in love with the ginger tea they prepare. And, since then I also go for their ginger tea wherever I find their outlet. Also, I like their bun maska and bun omlette…Though the chai is bit overpriced, and one has to think twice before buying since the nukkad walas offer you the chai at somewhere around rs. 10-15/- and this one cost you around 39/- for regular cup. But, overall keeping in mind the location and kind of chai they offer, such pricing is acceptable…Overall, it’s a great outlet to visit to wherein you can have chat over your chai and spend some quality time with your loved ones.

Chai Point just got an upgrade at one of the favourite workplaces in Delhi NCR. Chai has always served the best purpose of bringing people together. I ordered a Paneer Tikka Sandwich. It was stale. They had also remove the packaging sticker before sending the order. This is not the first time it’s happening, it is happening for the third time with me. Earlier, in my order from Golf Course Road outlet, the food was not sealed properly and was open and then in another order they sent the half stuff of what was ordered. Do not trust them on any factor- Hygiene, packaging, freshness. Worst joint and pathetic customer service.
I absolutely love Chai Point at Cyber Hub. It is a nice place to sit down, relax and sip some hot chai after a nice stroll round the place. I love their ginger tea, classic tea and elaichi tea. You should not miss their banana cake and cake rusk. Absolutely delicious.Their delivery system is also good.
