This was amazing. The dishes names was really attractive. They present soya chaap as very unique dishes. I really love those soyaken and soyton. If you want to try some soya chaap then go for this you will love that.
vege mitz, the pure vegetarian restaurant is something amazing in terms of serving pure veg dishes in nonveg style and texture. I was amazed by the perfect taste of each cuisine along with the presentation style. The menu contains cuisines and quick eats including momos and rolls. The appitizer segment is perfectly designed with varieties of starters including Soykin, Soyton and Soychi starters. I ordered the signature Soyton and SoyKin appitizers, the taste and flavours were amazing and i appreciate the presentation style. The main course again contains pure veg dishes in the texture of nonveg. I have tasted some of signature Soykin and Soyton. The cuisines are perfectly cooked by experienced chef and i appreciate the hospitality service. I recommend Vege mitz in terms of quality and delicious food with good Value for money.
Vege Mitz is a pure vegetarian restaurant which provides varieties of veg dishes in nonveg style concept. I appreciate the innovative idea of presenting veg cuisines in nonveg texture, shape and taste. The out of the box Idea is impressive and i recommend you to try each segment. The menu contains variety of starters, main course, burgers, rolls and momos. I have tasted some of signature dishes and i was impressed by the taste and quality and the food was freshly cooked.The taste was delicious and were added with quality ingredients. The wide menu of Vege Mitz is full of quick eats, fast food and special cuisines.Appetizer segment is delicious in taste and perfectly cooked with good recipe. The staff was friendly and professional, i appreciate the owner and chef for innovative food outlet.
Full marks on packing and delivery. This place has innovated some good Meat replicating, soy based dishes. The names might look a bit different and unique, but the food is tradition Inspired. The Soychi Malai Roll for example is our usual Malai Roll with an add of Soya. The Crumbed Soyken Burger similarly has a Soy Patty. The Seekh Kebab Tikka almost gives the same texture as the mutton version.
I was super interested to try out this place because of their unique concept. This is the first time im hearing something like this. An entirely vegetarian place with the flavours of non vegetarian dishes. All that they have is made out of soya. The best part about them is they’ve got the texture perfect. They have three different soy meat. Soyken which is similar to chicken, soyton-mutton and soyschi – fish. I tried their grilled platter which had, malai tikka , tandoori tikka, galouti kebab and seekh kebab. Everything was super delicious. Tried Soyton masala roll which was better than non veg roll (trust me). Tried their Rogan Josh meal. It was a flavour burst. U have to try it to believe their awesomeness. This place is here to stay. I loved every dish here despite being a hardcore non vegetarian.
I was amazed by their concept of introducing soya bean as a primary ingredient for almost every type of dish. From nuggets to rice bowls, hats off to the chef’s for such brilliant work. Loved the soya burgers and soya momos as well. It tasted more like chicken after the perfect marination and unique cooking techniques.
