The packaging was abysmal, hence the food landed up cold. The delivery was speedy and smooth.The Hyderabadi Dum Biryani and Chicken Masala were stale. The biryani had no dum at all and was missing essential ingredients of Hyderabadi biryani. The salan was ice cold and the raita was terribly watery. The chicken in chicken masala was tough to eat and lacked the basic good masala. The only saving grace was the salad accompaniment.Though, I have added 1 point for pocket-friendliness and 1 for speedy delivery. Food was not preferred or is being recommended at all. gosumitup.com
