Have been staying at this property a couple of times , but this was my first time that i made a visit to this in-house bar of the hotel . Located at lobby level , a small but tastefully done interiors and very well stocked bar . Just stopped by to have one or two drinks but with such humble service of the bar tender and amazing cocktails made by him didn’t let me take a move . Dilbagh Singh , the bartender at this place was alot helpful in understanding my taste buds , likings and then making a couple of cocktails of the menu . every cocktail i had was amazing in its own and especially the one made in orange base i liked the most so had it repeated once more. First time it was made in chivas 18 yo and the other time Laphroaig 10 yo. Other drinks included a classic martini , a mint based cocktail made with chivas 18 yo , smokehead 10 yo on the rocks and a sweet cocktail made out with kahlua , absolute and gallino . All drinks were made using 60 ml measurements. Coming to food an assorted basket of breads , fresh garlic bread requested to be repeated , thai peanuts , salted peanuts and pringles were served with the drinks. From the menu i ordered grilled fish in lemon butter sauce and chicken salt n pepper (not on menu but requested chef to prepare it ) . Both the dishes were absolutely amazing in taste , though they can still improve a bit in chicken quality . And the best part was the sweets , a slice of coconut sponge cake glazed with honey and pistachio. Truely amazing , wish they served more. In all its surely a place to try and better if you want to enjoy your drinks and company in peace.
Beautiful place nicely done up, food wise also fine, some thought has gone behind the details.Kudos to the team for having come up with a very good concept of dining in a busy place like gurgaon.
The Scruples BarQuite an uncanny name to describe a great place to host private parties or relax over your favorite drinks.Located at the lobby level and open every day from 11:00 am to 11:30 pm, the bar can accommodate minimum 10 people and maximum 45 people (standing that is) in the upper deck of the bar.Almost six people can be seated near the bar and nearly fourteen people can sit in the lower deck of the bar.The dinner buffet at The Scruples Bar is priced at INR 2000 per person only and includes two vegetarian and two non-vegetarian starters.You could also order Indian made foreign liquor that is served unlimited for two hours.If you’re in the mood of some imported liquors like Black Label, you could pay an additional INR 500 to upgrade your deal.[PS] For reservations, call Jitesh or Omkar at +91-9711878514. rahulprabhakar.com
This place is nice they offer style,elegance and very well behaved employees. Though I visited only ones that too 3 am. Almost everything was closed but cocktails and snacks were nice .
Great ambience and it seems nothing less than a five star property. Those who crave for elegance and class must not miss this place. They have a long and lavish buffet available which one must not miss. I visited this place once with my colleagues and it was totally worth it. We thoroughly enjoyed their service and snacks. Keep it going guys..
