This place is know to be a healthy eating outlet. Being attached to a gym, gives it an edge. Tried couple of things at this restaurant. The quinoa salad was nice. The spinach juice turned out pathetic and not even edible. Bread with beans was served in a plate with 2 bread slices which were burnt and beans kept on the side. Pretty disappointed with the food. There are much much better options in Gurgaon for healthy eating.
Ordered for just two drinks from this place the other day. While the Apple, beet root & celery was fine, the mango shake was weird candy tasting. It almost felt like someone melted mango bite toffee and added milk to it. It didn’t seem too fresh. We were hoping for a fresh glass of mango shake on a summer morning but were pretty bummed on receiving that. While the packing was on point and the juice and shake did not leak during the delivery, we are only hoping their other beverages do justice to their rating. I tried their paneer power sandwich and alfredo pasta. The portion size was good. Food was tasty. Good for people who don’t like spicy food.
3 & a half is a well thought out concept restaurant which serves you some impressive tasty fare in terms of Continental, Italian, Beverages, Health Foods and some good mocktails and other drinks not necessarily in the same order. Having woken up to the fact that these days foodies are more health conscious and to deliver to these needs, 3 and a half has put its best foot forward to attend this need….which they do in style They keep a watchful eye on needs and demands of their customers and have dished out an exclusive yet tasty fare in their spread out menu which caters you a variety of Continental grub along with salads which are all totally health conscious. Best ingredients in right proportions along with care in eco friendly packaging which looks neat and elegant to say the least ! What’s more, their portions are more than adequte and taste is high on the bar along with uncompromising hygiene standards, they score brownies in almost all departments! Delivery is ondot and so is their packaging and food curation which is neat and in the slot. To top it the food comes warm in your hand! We tried Multi grain toast, Penne Arrabiata Pastaa, Amla Shot, Masala chai and yummy Apple Beatroot and Celery juice and more and all were lip smacking! To sum up, 3 and a half is THE place if you are BENT on healthy food and eat to your hearts content that too without bother! Go for them & indulge 🙂
I tried to order egg white sandwich many times from here. But mostly the delievery from the cafe was unserviceable. When they delivered the food it was delivered late and the delievery boy didn’t deliver at the doorstep. The food was cold and tasteless. I would recommend all not to order any thing from here.
So I ordered their Thai quinoa salad and it was a perfect combination of ginger soya and veggies.The cottage cheese wrap was succulent with fresh ingredientsHighly recommended.
This place in Gurgaon serves health food. One can simply order , the chicken on toast. It’s just amazing , the flavours are really good , served with toast bread . Must order the angio oligio pasta , tossed in olive oil and spices . The food served is all fresh and with amazing packing . Do try the cookies oatmeal one and the homemade breakfast bar is a must.
