I have ordered twice from Snowman delivery. In the crackling heat when you don’t want to go out and want to have more of that ice cream even more then Snowman delivery come to rescue. They seem like an angel with a wonderful name like Snowman. I ordered in DLF Phase 4 and 5 respectively and the order came right on time and with frozen tubs of ice cream. They don’t even charge extra delivery charges around that area. Not sure about other places though.

I in error had selected American Bites which has tutti fruti that I am allergic to! After speaking with Zomato they arranged a call back from Snowman, and within a few seconds I received a call from Snowman and spoke with Rohit, who was humble and polite, I told him my problem and he without a hitch changed my order. Ice creams were frozen like a brick like it should be when delivered unlike other ice cream parlors who deliver ice cream in form of milk shake by the time it reaches us. Thank you once again.
