tasallibaQsh is a seasonal eatery that operates in Gurgaon through the winter months (November to March). I serve a table of eight diners only on the weekends, exclusively by prior reservation. The menu uses on the best seasonal produce available and is announced at the start of each week. tasallibaQsh is the result of my journeys and the stories behind them.
