Jubilant Foodworks popularly known for introducing India to Dominos and Dunkin Donuts has come up with its first home grown Chinese QSR in Hong’s Kitchen and this reason was enough for us to plan a visit here, not to mention the menu looked very simple and tempting and the prices made us a little more hungry that we should have been. The ambience of this place is spot on and looks like the branding has been worked upon very minutely. The décor looks very lively and the colours used are very soothing to the eyes. The boards hung attached to the roof displaying various signature dishes from their menu with flashing lights gives it a very Pan Asian feel. The chefs in the kitchen can be seen in action through the glass which is always exciting. We started our meal with a piping hot “Manchow Soup” which had nice consistency and topped with fried noodles. The portion size was very generous considering the low-price range it falls in. Post that we ordered “Chinese Nachos” which though tasted quite good, but had nothing Chinese about them. A little cheese and baking would have made them taste even better. Next, we ordered their signature “Paneer Paradise Steamed Momos” which were very unique in taste. It had a hint of mind in its outer covering and also the filling inside which made them taste amazing. We also ordered “Chilli Paneer” which was a bit disappointing as it had a peculiar taste. For the main course we ordered a “2 in 1 Regular Combo” which had Veg Manchurian along with Hakka Noodles. The portion again was very generous here and more than enough to constitute a lunch for a single person. The noodles were cooked to perfection and the Manchurian balls and the gravy were great too. The star of our meal though were their desserts. We ordered “Choco Bao” & “Nutty Fudge Brownie” which both were eggless to start with. The choco bao were very similar to donuts and filled with liquid chocolate and tasted lovely. The brownies were topped with a lot of chocolate sauce and nuts and would have tasted even better if they would have been a softer. The drinks accompanying our meal were “Mango Mojito” & “Jeera Masala Lemonade”. The mango mojito had small bits of mango tasting like crushed mango bite, along with the other ingredients and was quite nice. Even the jeera masala lemonade tasted brilliant and accompanied our meal very nicely. Though they work on a self-service model, their order placing process is very smooth and easy. They guide you through the menu nicely and don’t shy away from informing all the offers running currently. Their service time is very less which makes it possible to sneak in a quick meal here. Not to forget the quality of their packaging was top notch. Overall, Hong’s Kitchen totally impressed us with its no non sense, to the point Chinese food menu and a beautiful décor to enjoy your meal with your friends and family. The bifurcations of veg and non veg kitchen areas specifically displayed would make vegetarian only families more comfortable and looks like Jubilant has another winner in its hands which can go on a long way. Excellent food, very tasty. Very good quantity. Excellent value for money. Very good menu options, indianized taste – innovative items like cheese burst spring rolls, Chinese Nachos, etc. Very good options for children in terms of kids meal with mask! Excellent execution! Keep it up Jubilant.

I have always been on a lookout for some authentic Asian food serving restaurant and Hong’s was a place I visited most recently. Initial impressions of the interiors were good, its a quirky place with glass walls and graffiti-filled backdrops, the staff was courteous and traversed us through the menu pretty well, helping us choose what to eat. We tried Paneer Paradise Momos, Sichuan Chicken, A 3 in 1 non-veg combo and Chilli garlic fried rice. The food comes in easy to handle boxes, and in quantity enough to fill the appetite of two humans. I loved the flavor in each and every dish and really looking forward to trying it once again and explore through the delicacies I didn’t get the chance to try over this visit.A highly recommended Asian Cuisine outlet.

The setting of this place attracted me in the first sight. the glass-panelled restaurant with live kitchen fully visible from the sitting area separated by a glass divider. The commendable part about the menu is their portion sizes. They have an excellent combo meal comprising of noodles/rice with veggies or chicken, a dessert, spring rolls and a beverage- you get the whole thing at just 350 INR which is a steal at that price. We also opted for the paneer paradise moms and we never thought it will be stuffed with so much of paned. The vegetable manchurian is superb with crunchy veggies in the gravy. Then came the main course dishes of chicken fried rice and garlic chicken. The combo felt delicious with more than 10 pieces of chicken in the dish and the rice also is filled with shredded chicken in every bite.Keep up the hard work and hats off for such warm hospitality.
