Day before yesterday, finding this place for best north Indian food, especially punjabi, m a big foodie which loves non veg, try murg Chicken, dahi kebab, seekh kebab and soon m addictive of their non veg. Which is soo juicy maintain the real flavor of dish which blend with love and spices, soo perfect in all ways
We celebrated 1st birthday of our daughter there as a package in which dinner was arranged at the deck kitchen – a floor above. Owners are rude, unprofessional and money minded. It looks like a lot of members from the same family there. At the time of billing while I was cross checking and founded some mistakes as well, 4-5 of the staff members got around the table and the owner started behaving rudely. The material used in decoration was low quality. Lack between the promises at the time of booking and what was actually delivered. For ex. The staff in the play area, the cut outs, decoration, cake table etc.What I liked was the taste of the food and the flexibility wrt the time spent.If the owners would have behaved professionally then would rate this my overall experience 3 stars.Be open and clear even minutest of details before you decide to book the place for an event.
Been here, The place lacks space. The owners attitude doesn’t help either instead of being customer focused they’re money driven. Be cautious while making a booking here, once booked you won’t get your money back, no matter what policies are applicable. Hope #zomato looks into this.
The place is very congested and the owners are totally not custmoer friendly, please consider before making any booking they will not refund the amount even withing oe day of booking.
The worst thing you can ever think of at a Kids Play arena is a dead rat.. Yes! A dead RAT! I happened to visit this area and realised that there was a real bad stench at the play area, and on informing the owner she denied of smelling any stench but assured us that she will check things and suddenly the kids discovered a dead rat lying in there! A major blunder on the part of the staff and management. I immediately decided to make a move. I strongly feel that this is the biggest mistake a play cafe can make.
Attended a birthday last week and enjoyed the play area with my daughter and her friends. They have open cafe at terrace which is quite good. They very well manage the play area and the cafe upstairs. Food spread was as per kids..mild in taste and appropriate. We ate pasta, cheese rolls, icecreams etc. Overall good place to hangout.
