Ordered murg biryani and zafarni murg. Biryani was good with egg and decent meat but zafrani murg was strictly okayish. Raita accompanied was plain but good. But delivery was dissapointing . They promised 45 mins but did it in 70 mins .I will try other items too.
Been having their food for some time now, and rarely have they disappointed. Quality is high, taste is good. But this review is going to be about Mr. Amit, the manager/owner. He always is a pleasure to talk to and takes extreme care of his patrons. Today itself, had ordered for a thali, which got delayed by a bit due to bad weather (was rainining a lot). He came to deliver it himself as one of his guys had slipped and fell. Salute to you sir, please keep up the good work!
Poor lack lustre service. Not bothered to deliver on time even if the delivery address is literally next door. I hereby review this while I irritatedly review waiting for the order to deliver which is already 30 min delayed. Very unprofessional.
Food is tasty and packaging is neat. I have ordered my meals from earthen spices quite a few times and never faced any issue with the food quality. It is value for money. I have never tried Chinese cuisine from the restaurant so can’t really comment but Indian stuff is just perfect.
