Ordered truffle cake & the bread was as fresh as delivered right from the oven. Totally enjoyed it!Their personalisation of cakes is the cherry on cake exactly like what you want.
I don’t know if to blame the bakery or zomato to have them on board when they aren’t even ready. I wanted to surprise my daughter today and the order was placed at 3 for a delivery to be made at 6. At 5 I an told that there’s no way i can get my order before 10. We’ll really? I don’t even wish to write further. I am so disappointed. I seldom review and am always fair with giving chances but a reason as lame as non availability of a delivery boy to ruin a 5 year old’s day? To add, a pick up being refused too before 9:30. How is that even possible? No cake take 6 hours to bake!!! Highly disappointed. I am as annoyed right now as convinced I was when I spoke while placing the order. Its such a shame that start ups and wanting to go bug without even getting the basics right. I could have been fair had the lady on the other end promised me a solution than just offering a refund. Cakes draw us emotionally and such attitude for ones emotion is the last thing I would ever accept!!!
