Order goof ups have been getting so frequent, seems that Zomato has lost it. In this case it is clearly the restaurant’s fault. I ordered for 1 KG dhokla and 2 plates of Golgappe. When the order arrived The Golgappe were missing. I contacted Zomato and the outlet clearly denied stating they have sent it, not sure if the Mother Earth had them while they were enroute. I have been a very regular on Zomato with absolutely less problems or complaints, but lately almost every second order I am facing issues. A clear denial of the outlet is shocking. It’s not like that I get into so much waste of time for a mere Rs. 50 worth of food out of hobby. Zomato credited back the amount, but that isn’t what I was looking for. The Dhokla is good and fresh, however I won’t come back again, clearly because of the response of the outlet. abhishekhanna.com
