I got a really really small sized cake in the name of 1 pound. I am very disappointed. They gave me 250gm cake and said because of loss we have done this but they need to change it on Zomato at least.
This cake is not at all of 1 pound. Its almost 250gm and I ordered 1 pound cake which is almost half kg. This is not at all satisfactory.
Ordered cake from triple seven and it got delivered from this shop and that too broken. I did complain zomato regarding the same that it has been delivered from some other shop . His take was that they are under same owner, I don’t understand why it is being shown as different. When I asked him about the primary issue that the cake is broken and I ordered for my brother. That customer executive said that it seems pretty nice although it’s broken. I was like WOW who presents broken cake on birthday.
