Cozy and happening at the same time. While one seating area is all lit up, the other one is set up outside with view of city to your disposal! We went with light music, hummus and pita and chicken salad! While the hummus and pita was average, the salad was pretty good!
I wish the waiter told me that that plate was hot and not warm. Also one of the waiter had a bit of arrogance while serving the food. Macroons were on the okay level. They weren’t as puffy as they should be. Also it would have been awesome if the extended the seating outside since it is located at an amazing location. The burger meat was overcooked. The pizza was burnt. The attitude of the chef when asked about the food was just horrifying. He said a pizza is supposed to burnt. Trust me don’t visit this place. Because I have tried to visit it the second time and the food was never good.

I’d like to visit them again and would suggest others for sure.Peace 🙂
The ambiance is warm and if you go to the backside, this place offers amazing view of shimla valley.The food was not upto the mark specially the burger and shashlik chicken but the desserts were amazing specially the cheese cake.
Cafe Sol is at one of the highly accessible location of Shimla, beside the lift at Mall Road.Menu they serve is Continental and good in taste as well. Ambiance is decent and service is okay too. We ordered Lasagne All Vardure in red sauce and it was nice. Cheese sheets were green in colour and filled with broccoli, babycorn, beans, etc.
