This is one of the luxurious place any hill station of our country can have. Awesome decor which gives the feel that you are in some castle with antic decorations. Loved everything they served, especially the pizza was to die for. A must visit for anyone who loves awesome food with a pinch of royalty.
Had a great time here. The first thing that strikes as soon as you enter is the beautiful ambience; grand seating, lovely mountain backdrop and a sophisticated atmosphere. We ordered lunch and the dish was well made. High tea was served with a side of complimentary cookies.We were delighted with the service and highly recommend this restaurant.
A nice place with excellent ambience. The staff is very attentive and courteous. There add ons with the meal are also a great plus point. The chicken lababdar and mutton rogan josh were both well done. A place to go again.
Cecil is a heritage property managed by the Oberoi group so you expect top notch service and food quality . The place looks regal enough ,the seating and dining area is well laid out .However ,the food is just average .Apart from the bread basket served at the beginning and chocolate pudding (highly recommended )everything else we tasted was strictly average (Pizza ,veg platter,non veg platter ,Blueberry cheese cake,Badam and Aanjeer kofta).The service is pretty slow ,and our table felt neglected after the first round of service which is totally unexpected from the servers of hotel of this stature .We had to call out several times for the menu and water .One expects better service when they are paying upwards of 7k for food .But I saw the staff was much more attentive and the chef came and enquire about the food to other guests. so maybe my review is subjective of my own experience.Anyways ,the cutlery is quite good and ambience which makes it worth two stars.
Awesome! Everything was as we expect,best service, fabulous food, specially pizza, soups& Pasta special taste.It was our first visit,we will visit again.
One of the most luxurious places our country’s hillstation india has. Pizzas were amazing and their rooftop view is mesmerising. A pinch of royalty with the every plate served was great.
