Over the years Tripti has seen a lot of transformation and has updated itself with time.. experimented new things, succeeded in most but kept on going.. they have really nice chat preparations.. the dining area and the Porch are scenic and breezy.. the food is good too.. nice family place to have a sit down meal as well as to grab a quick snack..

Good restaurant, had idli and vada. The vada with sambhar taste good. Not so crowded. Decent place. Family restaurant, even fast food, barbeque is available.
Coffee was a bit too strong but the hot chocolate and tea were really good. Paneer paratha and aloo pyaaz paratha were on point. Paneer paratha is a must have. Idli and sambar was really properly cooked. Veg. Momos were great especially with that mayo dip which was served along with it. Uttapam was so so. The staff was really prompt with the service. You must give this place a try if you’re here.
The staff is very bad, the behaviour is not acceptable. They serve cold food and yes most importantly the water served is not of good quality it is tank’s water and the glasses are not washed properly. After complaining to the owner, she behaved in very bad manner and said harsh words. They even charge extra. I would advice to not to go to Tripti there are other good restaurants in Shimla.
