I ordered Chicken from this restaurant at 11:12 pm on June 26, restaurant had prepared it by 11:30 pm and it was expected to be delivered by 12:15 am but no zomato delivery person was available. Owner of the restaurant was customer centric enough to come himself from Gandhi nagar to Panjtirthi to deliver the order which was good to see. Other restaurant would have declined the order, it they would have been in same situation.I would suggest others on this platform to order from this restaurant in Jammu which seems to be customer centric.
Total hype not worth it at all. Very oily food. No taste at all. Never again. There are much better places for mutton in jammu. it is not at all up to your expectation people it is so over rated i think its only the brand that is making all the sales but taste wise nothing special.
Though being in the most prominent place, the service of the restaurant is pathetic.It’s very slow. Food is average don’t expect great from this place.The main reason for the slow service nos that they have one kitchen both for the takeout and in restaurant service
Well no doubt the food is economical but I strongly feel they need to improve on preparation part. I have tried there mutton gravy, it was flooded with oil.
