Order dated 22nd December- 9.51 pm.Placed an order for the Chicken Surprise burger but was delivered a wrong one. The former comes with a patty but I received a burger with a dry overfried small piece of chicken and too much sauce (nothing else in it).The least a restaurant can do is get the order right. Poori customer handling. Staff needs to pay more attention and be less casual.
It’s my 4th visit to Grill Inn Bahu plaza jammu It’s a great place for spending time there During my last visit with my frnds we ordered premium chicken burger , premium paneer burger , paneer footlong, icemint , Oreo shake and kit kat shakeAnd all thee things were really good in taste.
I have ordered once from this place and my experience was average. I ordered mixed veg pasta and a fun chicken burger. I loved the pasta and the burger was okyish.
Best restaurant in town. Love there food. Pasta and pizzas are my favourite, and fired chicken is much better than kfc really in love with there food.
Grill inn is amazing for evening snacks , thats what i go there for , so i ordered veg roll and chicken surprise burger combo ,the veggie roll was very bad and the onion was too much (1*), so now coming to the burger & im not a burger fan but the chicken burger was amazing and french fries were really good alongside the coke (5*) for the chicken burger.
