I have not been refunded my order amount which I never cancelled. Delivery boy called and I missed the call and called him several times but got no response. My order was cancelled and amount is deducted saying it is cancellation charges.Moreover vi had reordered again with in 15 mins thinking previous amount will be refunded. Customer service is missing.horrible experience.
I had ordered the cake yesterday at around 8 pm for my parents anniversary and we have kept the same in refrigerator and when they cut at 12pm and when I served the cake seems to be old and no one was able to eat a bite of it.I am a regular buyer of renuka and it was never the case and I am not sire why it happened through Zomato that they have sent us old cake.It was not the issue of money but old stock should not be sent as cakes are meant for some special event and quality should be paramount in this case.

It was our very bad experience. They delivered stale cake. Cake base was so wet and taste was so bitter. Total wastage of money. Owner didn’t take responsiblity and cut the phone.. Rude behaviour. They should leave cake making..
Not good experience with them, I ordered 3 pastries but 1 was spoiled n 2 were served half size u get a full cake for 200 n they give 2 half n 1 spoiled made me puke very poor quality
