CHARCOAL EATS OR MICROWAVE EATS? So I tried Hydrabadi Biryani and Awadhi Biryani from here and It was a bad Idea altogether. It is difficult for me to call this thing a Biryani, as it is just a frozen packet Microwaved for 4-5 minutes and served. Awadhi Biryani was a bit spicy and Hyderabadi Had a bit of garlic flavour nothing else, rest the base material I guess was same for both of them. The Curd and onion served with the Biryani was a joke as it was hardly 2 spoons of curd and just a very tiny packet of Onion( bhai pyaz toh ab sasta ho gya hai). Also there were bits of chicken in the Biryani not Pieces. The place has nice interiors but without good food it is of no use. I was actually lured to go there because of their name Charcoal eats which gives a sense of something desi and full of flavours, but was utterly disappointed.
I really loved the butter chicken biryani and chicken Tikka masal roll..Other things I tried were mughlai prantha,chicken seekh pav wow..For dessert I tried Chocolate shots which was so yummy..I really loved that the quality of the food was good n the food was freshly prepared..The only problem was the portion size as compared with the prices but still its good place for trying some new flavours n specially their biryani is a must try..
