It’s a great place to hang out with friends, I’ll give you that! It can improve on menu, definitely. But the basic coffee is good. What I have to suggest is that they should have atleast one gluten free coffee option for people like me. Why me, there are far better and important people coming in Radisson Blu. And the sign of a good hotel/restaurant/bistro is to cater to a variety of customers. It doesn’t take much. Just a coffee machine! The decor and lighting is pretty nice. The ambiance is positive. Would definitely visit again 🙂
One of the nice Cosy cafés in Ranchi. They provide great ginger tea and coffee. Pizza is decent and Tiramisu is great. The service is good too.
I am baffled by the quality of service this place has to offer. Let me begin by saying all they had to say in response to serving chicken sandwich to a vegetarian person by religion was , “ such mishaps happen, we are sorry” . The place was empty with only 2 of us in there . The potato wedges were undercooked and we had to get it replaced . Then came the sandwich. After eating most of it , I realised it was a chicken sandwich. I can sue these guys for something like this but they just don’t care . There was no one to take responsibility and the chef couldn’t care less . He came out to say that it happens sometimes. Not even one person from management or authority thought it’s a critical situation and should be dealt with .Initially when we asked the lady waiting on us about what is the best sandwich on the menu, she looked so clueless as if she had never seen the menu before .All in all, you can go for the ambience but definitely don’t order anything . You never know what you are being served and these guys also don’t know what is to be served . Horrible experience for the brand . Radisson has either taken its presence in Ranchi as a monopolistic situation and does not care for quality or it is yet unaware of the bad quality of management they hired for the Ranchi property .
A pretty bistro in Radisson Blu with good items on the menu. One of the best ambience for a cafe in the city. Our order:Pizza puguese, Pizza Tre Carne, Brownie shake, Choco Shake and Oreo Shake.The pizzas were good, both quantity and quality wise. Totally value for money!The shakes were great and my favourite among the three was Oreo shake.A must-go with friends!
The place has a nice vibe to it. The decor and the interiors are great. The food is good as well. Even the staff is really friendly.The only downside is the pricing as compared to certain other bistros and cafés around who offer similar food with a good experience.
