Today myself visited this outlet due to name of Haldiram’s Prabhuji. I asked order taking person for Puri and Subji. He told me that there is combo of Puri and two subjis, sweet and water bottle but did not tell me rate. I asked him that only 4puri and one subji isrequired. When he gave bill , the rate was for combo as above.What I felt that he must have explained with rates properly. Further behaviour of boy was not proper. I am a senior citizen. I felt itveryvery bad. Due to unprofessional man I left my food unfinished and in future , not going to visit such place where unprofessional persons are working.Please note we are customers and customers must be dealt with proper care and proper manner.I have not lost any thing except some rs. 150.00 but you have certainly lost one customer.Thanks for your ill mannered behaviour.

TBH, I always get confused when I step-in to any food court as there are so many options and sometimes it’s hard to decide what to eat today. Anyway, I entered to this outlet.What I ordered:• Veg. Fried Rice with ManchurianTaste and portion size both were okay but it could have been better. Nonetheless, I enjoyed the overall experience.
gulabjamun and papad missing from thali. bad experience
gulabjamun is missing from the mini thali. disappointing
Haldiram is a known brand all over india. It offers quality sweets and namkeens but lacks in the dosa preparation and sometimes serve you cold and stale dosas. Nucleus mall food court is a great place to hang out with friends and if you are a person who loves indian sweets this place is for you, but if you are here for dosa, i would recommend this place.
