For once I’m happy about this city when it comes to food. Mutton biryani is a killer here. This place tops the city in their Chef’s special mutton biryani. I don’t usually write reviews but these guys deserve it. The view from the restaurant is also amazing. They took some time to prepare the food but it was worth the wait. 11/10 would recommend and will have the mutton biryani again.
Love to be here and order for my home through zomato.. Chinese and desserts are all time on my list from here.. They deliver hot and fresh and that the reason I order from here.
Location: Posters of Flavour furnace are doing rounds across various city circles. It is situated at a very convenient location, opposite Bistupur Ram mandir, at the top floor of Hotel KC Manor.Ambience: Simple decor with full glass on the roadside. The side seats overlooks a large part of Tata steel. Food: Flavour furnace boasts of 2 menu cards. One of Cafe foods like sandwiches, Maggi, fries etc. Other one concentrates on meals. The options available are impressive. Vegetarian, Non-vegetarian options in starters and main course are quite a lot.Fish and chickens are fresh , succulent and nice.Chilli butter garlic fish is one of our favourite. Lightly seasoned basa chunks tossed in garlicky butter sauce.Kulchas are nice and portions are really good.In main course dishes, we loved the Irani chicken, succulent boned chicken pieces in a rich gravy. Goes well with naan and kulchas.Loved their stuffed kulchas too.Overall: Price is slightly on higher side.Service needs improvement. It is a bit slow considering the crowd. The location is great, food is nice. The place definitely has great potential to be one of the finest eateries in the city.
