  Jamshedpur is my hometown, its always delightful when you come back home after a long time. But this time while exploring my city I lot of new places that has come up in the recent few years and one of such places is the PM mall where this beautiful premium fine dine restaurant is located. Its quite fascinating to see such an amazing restaurant in a city like Jamshedpur which was very much required. I was on a shopping spree with my family when hunger strikes led me to the food court of the mall where this was located on one end of the court and I must say it really impressed us a lot. Very aesthetically and traditionally decorated, Utsav truly justifies its name to the core celebrating the variety in Indian cuisine. We were here for lunch so we quickly ordered for Kolkata Chicken Chaap (which sounded quite unique) with Roasted Jeera, Peas & Ghee Pulao and mocktails- Kiwi Iced Tea and Sikandari Sparkle. Kolkata Chicken Chaap was slow cooked chicken pieces that have been marinated with Sandal Powder, rose petals and yoghurt which was a gravy dish with a very smooth texture and heavenly tender chicken pieces that tasted unexpectedly delightful still lingering in my palate which went perfect with the pulao which was so fragrantly rich with ghee and roasted cumins. The mocktails were quite refreshing as well and I was glad to know them using fresh fruits in the drinks. Overall I just loved the place and looking forward to visit again on my next trip to Jamshedpur and yes Jamshedpurians this a highly recommended and must visit restaurant.   Beautiful themed restaurant with decent amount of food. The dahi kebab wasn’t how it is usually made(deep-fried) but happy that it was tasty and less oily. The biryani was alright too, just a little more mushy and soggy than my liking. The taste was good and the ingredients were fresh.

  Utsav was in our list and we were contemplating whether should we go or not. But we decided to try this new restaurant of the city. Now I can say that Utsav is the best Indian restaurant in Jamshedpur!!! The Biryani and Kebab were out of the world, we were three and ordered chicken chaap and Kolkata Chicken Biryani!! One of the best combination of food!! We finished our dinner with malai kulfi which again delicious!!!Thank you team Utsav for lovely food and hospitality!!!!
