I went here for some chilling And my experience was okay-ish until i ordered the food. The food was a disaster. I ordered a mac and cheese pasta, which tasted not even close to that. It tasted real real bad. Thumbs up for the idea of the cafe but if you want people to visit your cafe then have some standard of food. I don’t recommend this place at all. I am being generous enough to give this place a one star.
I have been to so many cafes in Ranchi and living close to this area, I finally decided to try this new outlet out. The pictures I have uploaded show the entire space this cafe has, don’t expect something big. There is limited seating, which is not the issue. The prices are very low. The issue is their food and the staff. We ordered a Ferrero Rocher Shake and Cappuccino. They were both disastrous. I don’t think I have ever had a shake as bad as that in my life. The Ferrero Rocher shake had no chocolate flavour in it, let alone something tasting like Ferrero Rocher. It tasted like sweetened milk and there was a certain sour taste and smell to it. The cappuccino had so less milk in it that the coffee flavour was too strong due to which a person who adds two spoons of sugar would have to add a spoon more. Bad. It was such a bad experience. And to top it all, we discussed with the staff about the shake and told them how it was so bad. In response, they made another shake for us, which was exactly the same. They didn’t change anything at all. Also, we expected that they’d ask us how it tasted this time, but they didn’t bother, since we had already paid. I am giving it two stars only for location, decor, collection of books and price range. Everything else was a huge disappointment.
