It is one of the finest dining places in Ranchi. The ambience is nice and perfect for a family visit. I am stayed here twice for shoots so summarising my experience of what I had over four days: a) The Breakfast Buffet : The breakfast buffet is nice. They serve good variety of indian and continental food. Poha, Idli sambhar chutney, poori bhaaji, eggs, potato wedges, sheera, sausages, fresh fruits, tea – coffee and much more. The breakfast menu was yum and fulfilling. b) Coffee and Tea: I give a big thumbs up for tea and not for coffee. c) Manchurian : This was average. Expected more from thisd) Man-chow Soup : Fine taste and good amount of vegetables were added. Tasted well with crispy vegetables. e) Kadhai Paneer : If you like spicy food it is definitely worth trying. However, I know most punjabi’s wont relish spicy kadhai paneer but for me it worked and gave my pallete great taste to savourf) Dal Fry : Well to nail a good dal fry might look easy but it is a tough job to get this and royal retreat has definitely got this right. It tasted yum and should be tried with steamed rice or tandoori roti.g) Aloo Parantha : Huge portion served in one plate with curd and pickle. It is must try for breakfast or lunch. Simple and humble food. Ambience and Courteous staff will make your visit more memorable.

Food quality is extremely bad, they serve spoiled food, we organized a marriage party and almost 80% of the people fall sick.Please don’t ever go to this place.
They serve bad old food been to rr fir farewell now 20-30 people are suffering from food poisoning..
