Please dont order from this restaurant.. First they don’t respect their customers ans they don’t know the difference between normal Biryani and boneless Biryani.. Worst experience with hotel management
I was expecting a lot from the brand name they have but for all in vane.- Uneducated and untrained staff.The waiter straight away denied me for giving me a place I wanted to sit and made me sit on the window where was hot sun.Server came and served the food at other place of the table and I had to bring it to my sit and eat it.Had to ask many times.And yes I wasn’t at the peak time.- When I asked them why is it so about the service.They started arguing like they had nothing to do with it . On saying I will report it to the manager they we’re cool with that.Taste and quality.- Ordered Mushroom Biryani but got some fried rice with Mushrooms tossed with high amount of chilly power and masala. Which tasted so bad to be a Fried rice even. Quality was below average.- Ambience and cost.They say it a AC restuarant but you keep sweating and they won’t bother about that. Price was too high.Finally,Please don’t play with customers they expect you to atleast talk politely.They have better places to visit inspite these restuarant don’t make their choice wrong.I would suggest you to go Places like Meghana Biryani, Paradise Biryani for the Hyderabadi taste and better service.I usually don’t give bad ratings for my experience but this one was really a nightmare.Sorry Zomato, but you really need to look into it.
It is located at main road at PI layout.Service is ok.For non veg foodie, it is good.veg food is okay.over all average. you can consider this for casual dine.Hyderabadi Biryani Utsav 🙂
This is what Zomato delivered to me from this restaurant. Extremely poor service. The package was not sealed .Our team was working on the weekend and decided to place order from this restaurant which is about 2 km from our office. Not only did the food arrive late, it looked pathetic. Attaching photos here . It cost me INR 918 and Zomato did not even reimburse the amount ,because we sent back the package . Never place an oomline delivery from this resto.
Hotel located on a prime main road and there are parking available outside. There is waiting here as many people come for eating here but their service is very quick. Taste is good not authentic hyderabadi but taste similar. Large combo is not that sufficient for two people and dragon chicken is awesome. It’s a must try restaurant if you are around this place
Ordered paneer biryani, but i got a box full of white rice + some paneer pieces. i had to eat with pickle, didnt think anybody could cook this kind of worst biryani. really disappointing restaurant
Ordered Mutton Biriyani family pack.. it was really tasty. Good number of pieces. The mutton was tender and juicy. Quantity not sufficient for 4 people though.
