For chaap lovers this place is a heaven. Amazing flavours and texture. A complete vegetarian place with huge variety of chaaps. What amazed me the most was that every single dish has a different taste and flavour. The cheese chaap samosa was so good.In drinks I tried chaas which was actually thick. The food here gives you that authentic feel of Punjab in Bangalore. Can’t wait to make my visit again.

I visited this place for a weekend lunch. The place has opened a couple of months back in Koramangala 7th Block just opposite to Bosch office. The concept of Mock Meat is quite prominent in countries like the USA for vegan people and I was glad to see something like this being opened here. Now, here is my perspective about the place.Food – We started with some of their refreshing drinks – Sweet Lassi, Chaas and Jeera Soda. Each one had a unique and good taste. Now coming to the food part, the base ingredient for most of their dishes is soy but each dish has its own flavor which is quite distinctive from others. We started with Afghani Tikka Chaap and Achari Tikka Chaap. The Chaaps were so juicy, tender and full of flavors. I also liked the cutlery being used for presenting the dishes. Next, we tried some samosa, parathas and kulchas. They had stuffing of soya keema. Samosas were so cheesy and loved the new twist being given to Samosas. Parathas were cooked perfectly and tasted amazing.Moving to Main Course, my personal favs were Tawa Chaap Masala and Butter Chaap Masala. Again both curries were just full of flavors and cooked to perfection. We ended our meal with some seasonal special Gajar Ka Halwa. The sweetness was just perfect.Ambience – The place is very cosy and has some really nice ambience. I loved the design of roof (something unique and different). The art work on the walls is also quite good. Overall, a perfect place for a family outing or a friends outing.Service – The service was top notch and didn’t face any issue. The owner is super friendly, loves to host people and explains very well the concept behind the Mock Chop.I had an absolutely amazing time at this place. Do checkout this place (both Vegetarians and Non-vegetarians) and I am sure you guys won’t be disappointed at all.

Mock chop is a place located in between the buzy lanes of kormangala. They have a unique concept of serving delicious food with a healthy twist. Almost all the fillings they use for the dish are made up of soya or keema (100% pure ). Tried their baked Momo’s and I must say it taste better than those Momo’s served over the streets. It’s a must visit and dt forget to try their Gajar ka halwa. To all the Vegetarian ppl this is your place. Highly recommend.

Mock Chop in Koramangala is the first place in Bangalore opened only for mock meat, and yes it’s a pure vegetarian place. So if you guys wanna try some Chap Delhi style but gluten-free then head to this place.I tried the tandoori Chaap, afghani Chaap, Achari Chaap and also some Chaap with gravy which butter masala Chaap. All were super yummy and they also have biryani with soya Chaap and Amritsari Chaap kulcha. The best i liked was achari chaap its super yummy, they have also have cheese samosa which is a nice to have. foodtravelpedia.wordpress.com

First of all these places serves everything based of chap only so not everyone would like the chap to be honestSo we tried the afghani chap tikka which was amazing then in main course course we tried masala chap n breads which was okay nothing special except the chapOverall a decent place to try something new when you are bored of panner

Pure veg restaurant. Tried Afgani chaap and biryaani. Afghani chaap was out of this world and biryani had too much of masal in comparison with rice. I guess that was manageable. However both rice and chaap were real delight to eat. With zomato gold price is reasonable and without gold as well price are pretty decent

Mock Chop is a cozy place in Koramangala serving absolutely Vegetarian meat!! Yes, you heard me right. Different kinds of soya chaap infused with different dishes.Chilli garlic samosa is a must try, where one can do this stunt of a cheese pull, also it has a perfect flavour of garlic. Afghani, Galouti, name the kebab and what not you find it here in the form of a chaap and it’s a perfect treat for the vegetarians.Awadhi Biryani has juicy bits of marinated Chaap. Mockchop has delicious Lassi and other beverages, do give it a try..
