Needs improvement on service!
We thought of trying out this restaurant and we ordered thalis. And when the food came, we were not happy about the way it was presented to us. They served the food in one whole bowl. So we asked the guy claiming to be the manager to give the food according to the what we order and since it was a thali order, we asked to give it in thali style. And the Guy claiming to be the manager instead of apologising. He started arguing with me. Raising his voice so loud on a customer. Very unprofessional behaviour. The other staff had to come in between to stop the argument. He was in the verge of nearly using his hands. No restaurant has ever behaved in these manner. I would give zero recommendation. Never visit these place. The staff are of Nagas and non Nagas. The guy who scream at us and behaved unprofessional is a non Naga guy. Older looking guy with beards. Very unprofessional and extremely rude obnoxious behaviour. The rest of the staffs were polite. But the behaviour of the particular person has made me to write these review. If you want to get yelled at you can visit. If not I would strongly recommend not to visit it.
Christmas discount flat 30 percent off they said but during billing they told me that it is applicable on 2000 and above bill only. WTF! What confuses me the most is just the day before, the starting of the discount 9th Dec 2019 we had lunch and we did get 30 percent discount on our bill below 1000. I am very confused. Please be true to your discounts and inform accurate information to your customers don’t scam them.

Such a nice place to spend time with delicious naga tribe restaurant food. Enjoyed lot.
