Ordered egg chilli which took ages hence asked for chilli panner which was the most horrible thing that I’ve ever tasted The panner was spoilt. In spite of pointing it out to them and returning it the manager refused to accept it. Neither did I get a refund of my money and they were extremely rude. A waste of ₹140. I WOULD REQUEST EVERYONE NOT TO ORDER FROM THIS HORRIBLE PLACE EVER. Worth not even 1 star.
Ordered a combo of starter+bamboo biryani. One combo was enough for 2 people. Biryani was fine but I would not say that it was too good. Starter was good.
This place is located in the food court of Royal Meenakshi Mall. Ambience wise there is nothing to see, its a self service area. Food was really good but the prices are pretty higher here.
If anyone loves biriyani as much as I do then this place is definately worth a try. Their bamboo biriyani is just too good. The flavours well balanced and the mutton soft and succulent,in other words, perfection !
Ordered food to be less spicy and they made it extremely spicy. Biriyani is quite average and looks to be made with low quality ingredients. Not recommended
Food is good as per Mall’s standard. We tried their Mutton k bamboo biriyani & it was a very unique experience. Taste of biryani was also good but nothing expectional.We also tried fried pomfret but taht was just OK. But we can’t ask more than this from a malls restaurant.Note: Fried fish can be a little better if it will be fresh.
Kumbha Bhojanam is a great place for a casual meal with your friends and family. The place offers a huge variety of non vegetarian and vegetarian options. Bamboo biryani is a must have.
