We ordered 30 piece chicken from TCB through different accounts.The fact is they accepted the order.Then we get a call from Zomato saying that the resto does not have the ordered food.So I called TCB to complain about this.The guy across the phone was very rude and shouting on top of his voice.His speech towards customers is unacceptable.When I told him that I will review him accordingly, he started taking things personally.such a pathetic customer handling skill.
