I was forced to have breakfast here one morning while in Mangalore. The place needs a proper makeover, in every sense, from the menu, to the table spread to the color of the wall. It would be highly appreciated if they could differentiate and mark the washrooms. the tea was quite good;the rest worth forgetting.
Food is OK. But even if quality food comes with bad service your experience will not be good. We had to tell them to clean table, bring water. Wasn’t a good experience.
Kitchen here is decent. North Indian food items are well made. Portions are also good in size. Interiors are old world and classy. Good place to spend some time with friends and family. Maybe not so good for business.
What is this place. I would feel more safe in the middle of the ocean, surrounded by sharks and with an open bleeding wound. Super shady. But I love how cheap the alcohol is. The only reason I would consider going to this place. The food is nonsense. The service is the restaurant version of indentured labour, and you should be careful of the whole place, especially the toilet. Carry a hazmat suit for the place.
A very creepy place to eat. My one and only visit to this place was with my family. We were the only people(no surprises there). The waiters there were very lethargic. Quite clear why. Food was okay. But it goes down with great difficulty when you have people staring at you eat all the while. May be not more interesting than the cricket match on the TV.
