I have been a regular customer of Patio for the past 3 years and have been visiting for coffee and sometimes meals. Yesterday, I visited at around 9pm with a colleague. We ordered a paneer chilli for me (I am a pure vegetarian) and chicken lollipop for her. The paneer chilli was served within about 10 minutes. We had eaten it half way when the servers came to us and told us that the order had gotten exchanged and they had served us Chilli chicken instead of chilli paneer. I being a vegetarian and never have had non-vegetarian food before didn’t realize that it’s not paneer and it’s chicken.This was a terrible experience here and I wouldn’t reccommend it to any vegetarian person again. I wasn’t really up for creating a scene or demanding anything from the restaurant then, but it was highly outrageous that this happened.

We came here at around 630 on a weekday and the place was decently occupied. We ordered veg nachos, cold coffee, veg noodles and steamed momos. They just put grated cheese on top of nachos, steamed momos were strangely oily! Cold coffee was decent. Overall both the quality and quantity of the food was disappointing.Staff is courteous and friendly. Food for 4 should cost around 1000 bucks here.Recommendation – Don’t order veg nachos.

The entrance of the place is surrounded by guys who are either smoking or eyeing your girl in a cheap way.The ambience within is good. Basic and decent. You are allowed to smoke inside (good/bad depending on what you are expecting)I decided to order a few beverages but 70% was unavailable. Also among what I ordered, the ice tea was average, the ginger tea was good, the cold coffee could have been better and watermelon mojito was undrinkable.Courtesy of the staff, the mojito was cancelled from the bill. Very peaceful place until afternoon, a comfortable place to chill with friends. Food is good and the service is considerable, the place offers good space between seatings providing privacy and comfort.
Been with my wife, but its not for family. Good place for hangout with friends with coffee and nicotine. Food taste and quality is not to the mark, won’t serve water also.
The place is very good to chill and relax. The food is very moderately priced and you also get to play around with the resident cat Kitto. It’s a popular hang out among the college kids there. The food served is quite satisfactory.
