I had good experience with their Veg dishes before but average experience with their Non-Veg items this time. Spices that provides smell and flavor were added in uncontrolled manner into Biryani, which spoiled the overall taste. Also butter chicken was bit too sweetish.
We disliked the food. Dal rice was made of chana daal and was very very spicy and tasteless. Lots had noodles and fried rice. Both were spicy and without actual flavor of anything. Waste of money.
Well this place deserves to be in top rated places because of their food – in all respect, quality, quantity and most importantly taste.very recently they have moved to the current address. I visited last week when they were at their old location. Though it was a small outlet, I had bookmarked this place based on ratings and review and so the size of outlet couldn’t deviate me from my mission of exploring. The entire show is run by father-son duo where father takes care of counter and son takes care of kitchen and lobby. The preparations are vouched and supervised by the SON and that ensures that taste and authenticity remain. This is the only place I have visited twice in a week’s time, purely out of result of first visit. Second time I took 4 friends along with me and all of them also had the same view as mine.Must TRY – CHUR CHUR NAAN combo – I had tried this dish at other locations as well but didn’t liked much so had the curiosity to know more about and glad that I was explained here. I bet, you can’t resist yourself from trying it the moment you listen the explanation. One of the finest bread preparation I ever had in entire country. They also serve, bundi raita, paneer gravy and black chole along with the naan. Every thing taste equally good. More interesting fact about chole is – it is a jain preparation – no onion, no garlic. So you get to relish the real taste of spices. When it comes to quantity – I bet one can’t finish one CHUR CHUR NAAN Combo on his own. you will definitely need a companion to finish that.I also tried there hara bhara kabab and that too was equally tasty.DO Visit this place for authentic NORTH INDIAN PURE VEG food. don’t mind even if it include a bit extra travelling.I wish them all the best for their new place.
I ordered their Paneer Bread Pakoda on an early morning craving. It turned out to be unexpectedly good. There was a delicious layer of samosa-style potato filling and a thick piece of paneer covering the entire bread. It was quite satisfying to eat and totally worth the money. I don’t wanna vouch for everything on the menu, but the bread pakoda is definitely worth a try. 🙂
Too much quantity for 1 person, TBH.
Good place. Food is tasty and it’s vegetarian. Price is reasonable but ambience can be improved.Couple of things what they need to immediately1. Put an exhaust fan in the Kitchen. As of now since the place being small, all the kitchen exhaust is coming to the dining place.2. Improve cleanliness. Especially the owner who spends most of the time in Kitchen should clean up and fresh up before coming to the Dining area.
