Pathetic food, pathetic quality , highly priced. A total avoid rating. It was good earlier but in recent times the quality has fallen like anything.
Quality/Taste is just not upto the mark and delivery time is always at least an hour . I have tried ordering food from different cuisines available at this place just to give them the benefit of the doubt .But the experience has been poor always .Items to definitely avoid :Chicken Lollypop,Chinese Chopsuey.
I am a resident of SNN Raj Serenity. I used to love their chicken noodles and must have had the same for almost 20 times at different occasions. But these days the only difference between their egg noodles and chicken noodles is that you gotta pay extra bucks for the later. Will never ever go to this stupid place who don’t care about their quality!
It’s in my society , the food is pretty cheap and the quality is great . Moreover the ambience is the best . The service quality is good . The view from the place is also nice
The food quality has deteriorated substantially. My last experience was extremely bad. They took more than 40 min to get the omelette, that too was cold. Parathas were not up to the mark and noodles had too much of chillies.
Neal’s is in our society ( SNN Raj Serenity ) but I am an occasional visitor there these days. This time wewent there to celebrate the NYE partywith family and friends. I am a hardcore non-vegetarian so the only things I tried was the non-veg stuff. I startedwith the starters and they were mouth watery. The Murg Tikka wasvery soft and melted in the mouth , the chilly chicken was similar to what youget in any authentic Chinese restaurant , the simplicity of the chilly chicken was its USB. After hoggingon to the starters there was no place left for anything else, still I wanted to taste the main- course. The gravyof the Amritsari Murg Makhani was something to die for. It was just awesome.The Bagnoli fish curry was the cooks adaptation of The Bagnoli fush curry, butit was good. The Chicken Dum Briryani was a bit over cooked, but the aroma ofGarama masala in it was not letting you move from it without taking that in ourplate and If I would have not eaten that , I would regretted, it was scrumptious All in all, full value for money, if you get almost 30 things@ Rs 315/- ( Nowhere in Bangalore you will get that menu with Music / dance/ Photos@ that price on a NYE) Taste: 4.5/5Ambiance : 5/5Service : 4/5 What I didn’t like ?: If the party would have continued till midnight , I would have eaten oncemore J
I had the misfortune of celebrating my daughter, s birthday here in July 2015 and was a truly horrible experience.To start with, the manager of the outlet was extremely rude and arrogant. Since although it was a birthday party he was making untoward gestures to our guests not to bring outside items like chips etc in the dining hall.The food served was stale and there was no attempt by the staff to replace that.Guests left with a bitter experience and some of them had to take medicines for stomach ailments caused due to the food.Overall a very bad experience and strictly requesting people to avoid this place.
