They accepted the order and after an hour Zomato rejected it. Now Zomato says the restaurant is closed. I don’t know the real reason, but an hour is a long time. And this is unacceptable.
Chicken is very bad. It’s like rubber and not cooked properly. Food is very oily. Packing is pathetic. I didn’t see any Zomato parcel sticker.
The management changes every now and then, and when this was reopened again recently, made a dinner visit. There was one family dining in the main hall and I took a table next. Waited for 15 mimutes and nobody bothered to come and take order. Walked out. The owners were still busy in conversations at the cash counter.
