I ordered online after seeing the rating and review and above all since I wanted to have Kerala food. I ordered Idyappam, nadan kozhi curry and Matti fry. Well the nadan kozhi curry is an insult to the name as it was actually onion curry with some small pieces of chicken in it. I think the curry would be over and they added some onion curry and left over pieces, otherwise any chicken curry cannot taste like this. One can feel the aroma of a chicken curry. Well this one was far away being called a chicken curry. Matti fry was waste of money. They gave 2 pieces 1 1/2 inches long for RS 80. Haven’t eaten such a worse Kerala food in my lifetime. I request people not to order anything by just seeing the review or rating. This was a lesson for me.

Here are the must tries Ela Ada, Irachi Roast, Meen Mulakittath, Chicken Cutlet. I ordered Chicken fry and it was also decent but I wont put that in the must try list. If you just want to try only one item, I would recommend Ela Ada and if you are a non veg person, try Irachi Roast! I wish all the best for the Cafe Chaipp guys and make sure you keep the quality in tact!
Great cafe to have Kerala dishes and snacks. Their refreshments are pretty good too. Sarbath is my favorite. Their menu is a must try. You cannot go fault with any of the dishes. Absolutely loved this place. Will definitely visit from time to time. Thank you for the very good service ❤️.
Great food. Friendly people. The biriyani is my favorite dish at this place. Must try. Service is really good too. If you are near Sarjapur Road, this is must visit cafe.
Lip smacking food served by awesome people. Must place to visit for authentic Malabar food. It doesn’t hurt your pocket as well. Highly recommend this place
If you in and around Kasavanahalli road, you must visit this very new cafe, Cafe Chaippu for some delicious authentic kerala snacks with their samovar chai. The service is also too good, gives us a feeling of being at home. :)In this summer, don’t forget to try their variety of sarbaths. Overall an excellent destination for Malabar cuisines.
