The staffs are very helpful and communicative.It happened to be late at 9:30 pm when my cravings for sweets started and I landed up in Big Mishra’s sweet shop..Variety of sweets presented 10/10Ambience 9/10Unfortunately I received sour rashogollas which was smelling, the lencha which is long sized jamun had more sweetness consistency which would be 5/10Cleanliness 1/10 It can be a one of incident that the sweet I was drooling over was the small ball shaped jamuns which had a hair strand.Cost 7/10 as it seems to be over priced than other shops.Not think of next visit as my love for rashogolla and craving was not up-to my expectations.
I ordered 4 pieces of big size jamoon. They delivered small cold angur jamoons in a tiny box. Then I tried contacting zomato over chat (there is person you can talk to). In chat, I got their automated machine responses. But no person responded. The poor delivery person waited with me for 20 mins!! Then finally he marked it as delivered and left. Then as I write this negative review I get the response from support offering refund or coupons. Sad sad experience for a Zomato Gold member.
The outlet is right in front of main junction and cannot miss. The outlet has nice varieties of snacks and sweets. Dharwad peda(of course) is their specialist and is a must try (obviously). Papdi and green chutney is another must try item.
