Zomato removed my comment today.So i’m writing this review once again.I visited this restaurant recently.I found one cockroach in sweetcorn soup.Service was pathetic, they will take the order and they will serve the food after 30-40 mins even though very less crowd(only 10 customers in the hotel when we ordered ).Very less options to choose the food either in nonveg or veg. Waiter was so harsh and not customer friendly. There was no Menu card in the hotel, they have taken printout of RoomService menu in A4 sheet and providing to customers.You can easily find mosquitoes in restaurant.There is no mineral water available in this hotel, they will refill empty bisleri water bottle and serving to customers saying that they will not provide mineral water.You can find better option than this in surrounding area of this hotel.I will not suggest any one to visit this restaurant.I hope Zomato will not remove my comment as they did earlier.Zomato should open the floor for discussion to every one irrespective of any positive or negative review comments.

Tasty food truly i can tell money which we spend is worth .veg cutlet Gobi Manchurian and chilly fish all food items are very tasy and would like to visit again.
Ritz is now renamed as Gardeenia, so buffet price is slightly increased as mentioned in the zomato website.But it was worth money and the food items were really good.Nice ambiance. Came with our office team of around 50 people.Specail thanks to Eshwar who helped us in arranging this.
Ambiance is very good!! Service was perfect. Nonveg Buffet starters don’t have much variety. They just had chicken tikka and chilly fish as the non veg starters. Rest started was tandoori gobi, hariyali veg kebab, mix veg fry, veg pakoda. The chicken tikka was not boneless. The pieces had big bones in it which is pretty irritating. Main course had normal variety. Not much variety was there for desserts!!! But for once a while visit with your friends and family is okay!!
The place was quite inside However, I liked the place. The biryani is a must try and the starter is also delicious, especially the chilly fish. The staff is really nice and courteous.
I was looking for a rating lesser than 1. Ambience was ok. Food quality was hopeless. very unhygienic. I could even spot some small flies over the salad. Not at all worth for the money. Some food items tasted very bad, as if it was prepared some days back. Jamoon was pathetic. I can prepare better one. Staff attending us was not at all customer oriented. Highly disappointed. I will never ever think about it, even in my dreams. Please don’t visit, if you are concerned about your health.
