The order I received is shit. It’s not the original matka biryani from Tamboolam. Maybe for all Zomato / Swiggy / others orders, they will just add whatever left over and make the biryani or the dish.Last time also we had the same experience and this kind of bad ethics will kill your business. Some one will make the message viral like last time. Now you need to control the food quality as well. I have called up the restaurant and they have taken the biryani back to understand the real problem.I have discussed with your delivery person as well and he says we can’t check the quality of the food given by the restaurant against our order.This is going to be the serious food quality problem and If you do not take this seriously, will be published in social media. We want the food as we expect from that restaurant.

Ordered Veg biryani and Chicken biryani..Did not taste like biriyani at all. Veg biriyani was just plain rice and veg curry.Below expectations..very disappointed.
We are from Panjab and had come on a visit to Udupi. We ordered North Indian food. We found the taste of the the food to be very good. It was delivered timely and it was piping hot. Enjoyed food.
A lot of reviews have Already been posted about this place. Just that the food was quite good. The service needs to improve. The starters we’re brought together. Then came the main course after a while. The balti chicken and the matka biryani gave the authentic taste. Ithe ambience too looks great, just wished the service would have been better
