One of Udupi’s oldest canteens had a revamp quite recently. If you’re from this place, you should be knowing or at least must have heard of Triveni. They’ve boosted their sitting capacity by having an extra floor upstairs. We visited this place on a fine Sunday morning for breakfast.I had heard rave reviews about their dosas, masala dosa in particular. Honestly, it didn’t live up to my expectations. The masala dosa was good, but not the best. The same goes for plain dosa and Idli vada sambhar. Puri was nice but didn’t go well with the Kurma. However, the best was Buns.
