A great ambience and attentive staff. Go give it a try if you want to have some nice authentic dishes. I tried the Fish meal, which was really delicious. But my family tried the Chicken Szechuan rice and Manchow soup. That was quite amazing.
The ambience was great. The staff was humble. The food was great. Must try chicken bonda comes in fancy coconut and have great taste. Veg kebabs were great. Overall value for money, great experience. The only thing which could have better was choice of music. With the theme the classical music would have been much better.
I ordered for 2 tomato soups via Zomato on 16th June at around 9.45 PM and it sucked. It was full of oil and without taste. I am sorry to write but the quality of the food was horrible. I will surely think twice before ordering and visiting the restaurant again.
Great food – both veg and non-veg.Everything we ate was delectable – veg seekh kebab, anjal tikka, chicken bonda, mutton gassi, gulab jamun, veg kadhai, dal.The service was even better. Very polite staff and always on their toes to help out.The ambience is also very traditional and pretty.Just 2 feedback:1. mutton pieces hardly had any meat. Please add better pieces2. Try putting up a traditional classical carnatic music to go with the ambience. It would elevate the experience
Lovely traditional ambience. Great collection of authentic coastal cuisine with a twist. Peere rava fry was delicious as were rest of the items that we ordered. A must visit place in Udupi!
Wouldn’t recommend it to anyone. Horrible food and is overpriced. I had ordered a variety of food from indian to chinese, all were equally bad. The only good thing here was the ambience, but some were complaining about the lighting being too dim.
This is a hidden gem in Udipi and a must visit restaurant for anyone who wants to try the local tulunadu cuisines.The ambience is done beautifully and the wodden furnitures & paintings set the right tone. We tried the chicken chakuli soup which tasted good. Chicken ghee roast and pepper chicken were out of the world. Ber Soppu Chicken Kabab is another dish we tried ..It’s a local recipe of chicken suated in curry leaves. We ordered neer dosa and mutton sukka. Neer dosa was not served hot and could have be done better.Mutton sukka was good. They serve beer and alcohol too. Great place to unwind sipping a chilled beer and tasting some great food. I recommend this place to all local n tourist visiting the Udipi !!
