Went to Sagar Ratna for breakfast. The restaurant is located in the ocean Pearl Hotel but has a separate entrance. This has been our preferred breakfast joint for a few years now and never fails to disappoint. Ordered the Ghee Roast crisp and tasty. Do try the red chutney alongwith it. Tried the paneer Dosa also. Stuffing is limited. The orange juice is fresh and recommended. Filter coffee ticks the right boxes. The sheera is well made. Efficient service.All in all well worth a visit.
Went there with a couple of friends. Loved the ambience. Food was amazing. But the service was a little slow. If you are at Udupi and look for a classy place to dine with family, then this is the place to go.
Very bad. The quality of food no doubt is good but the ocean pearl branch of udupi is purely looting the customers In food rate when compared to the branch in Mangalore. Plz guys notice that. My suggestion is to keep the rate same.Do not loot us. So I gave this bad review.

The cutlet was bad. Spring rolls were horrible. Rava dosa was atrocious. There was a housefly in the milkshake that we ordered.This is me being polite and friendly.
Good ambience. Great service. Friendly staff.You must try the mouth watering Mushroom ghee roast.Busy most of the times and you may have to wait for few minutes.Rest of the options are good as well.
I love their thali . North and South Indian are too good . Service is at par excellence . Their breakfast items are also very good. Ambience is also great
