I ordered chicken biryani at Udupi Biryani through Zomato. The food delivered was too cold and the chicken piece was only one piece with bones in it. The onion salad was not up to the mark. I personally feel that the remaining food which ever is left over the previous day had been kept in deep freeze is taken out and reheated up and given for less quantity order in Udupi Biryani. We are very unsatisfactory with this kind of food delivery.
