One of my favorites in Mysore for breakfast but would not prefer coming here frequently coz I feel everything on the menu is a bit overpriced. It’s a good place with feel good vibes and with people around you always smiling. I like their crepes and their ragi dosas. It’s one of those place in Mysore where I have met and made new friends from different countries.

Great place. Been here a few times already. Will be revisiting soon. Had French toast, masala dosa, masala chai, thali, tofu and other veggies with toast, energizer smoothie, 3 egg mushroom omelette, lemon and mint juice.I think I was overcharged by ₹20 for tofu & other veggies with toast. When asked the smiling guy, he said ₹20 is for tofu. As per menu I should’ve paid ₹180 but I paid ₹200. Anyway, considering it as a tip now.7 Oct 2017. Beetroot carrot cake, pulav, buttermilk.8 Oct 2017. 3 eggs cheese omelette & get grounded smoothie.9 Oct 2017. I went there around 9am to’ve upma & jaggery pongal but due to off season / less demand, they don’t’ve it now. So I had large fruit salad, Indian coffee, pineapple pancake. I thought pancake would’ve banana, cinnamon, apple too as mentioned in the menu but none were there, only pineapple was in it, unsure if bananas were in it. I was overcharged for it but the lady corrected it later, I still feel I may’ve overpaid for the pancake, just considering it as a tip now. Fruit salad was overcharged by ₹20, when I pointed out she said sorry looking at the menu and corrected it. Coffee was ₹60, couldn’t find in menu but I guess it’s ok because the cup was good quantity.I’ve been a regular recently but after today they’d lose my patronage and I’ll miss the place too. Sorry I felt a bit disappointed because I was under the impression of this place is of good, positive vibes & honesty. I still wish you the best always!Downing rating from 5 to 3.5. Still a kind, generous one because that’s what Gokulam has taught me. ☺️An hour later they replied to my fb messenger message. Few days ago I had uninstalled fb & twitter, had to reinstall. Logging out would be better than uninstalling. They clarified the same regarding how the pancake was charged which was already explained by the lady there. For other items pricing clarification, they said they’re looking forward to my visit. I replied I’ll try. My only concern is why would a staff charge extra than what’s mentioned in the menu, I’m still confused, maybe I shouldn’t because in the past few years ago Little Italy in Juhu Mumbai tried to do the same on home deliveries until I found out they were overcharging shamelessly. This is how an Indian restaurant owner treats an Indian regular customer in India; not all ofcourse, there’re exceptions.

With a very boho like ambience, Santosha is quaint, humble with not even so much as a prominent sign board. We spotted it regardless and till the time I spotted a table I was hesitant whether I was in the right place! It was a warm afternoon and there were hardly two other guests seated. Their menu is limited, but healthy and organic. We stuck to a simple machurian to munch on and lime sodas to wash it down. The food tasted homely, like just the way moms make it. Without much oomph but delicious regardless. It was a very laid back environment with lots of books everywhere to my delight.Verdict: would go back just for how far I could stretch my legs as I slurped my soda, just like home.

This is just an overpriced place for foreigners to have Indian food.. me and my friend ordered lime with mint and got a good of water with mint in it there was not even a slight taste of lime..

I have to visit here atleast once whenever I’m in Mysore which is atleast once a year. Love their food. Especially the ragi bread. It’s just so fresh and wholesome. Their smoothies are super yummy too. Ofcourse the ambience is just so lovely as well.
