Very tasty and good quantity
Anybody wanting to have a real thick authentic juice – Just get it from Garden Fresh – the Avacado shake and chickoo shake are family favourites, I also love the healthy options on their menu. It comes clean and neatly packaged in glass bottles. 5 stars and 2 thumbs up +++

Ordered their oatmeal fruit bowl for breakfast and it was absolutely delicious. It is a really good option for people who are health conscious. It was freshly prepared oats with milk and honey as the sweetener and it was topped with fresh fruits and dry fruits. The fruits were present in abundance. It was a really refreshing meal and i absolutely loved it.
Garden Fresh is a juice and shakes outlet located in BTM 2nd Stage. As the name suggests they offer fresh fruits and vegetables juices. Their product line includes healthy shakes, cold pressed juices and blended juices among others at an affordable price. Most of their juices doesn’t have any sugar added to it and they never add any preservatives or artificial flavors. The outlet in BTM is located on the 16th Main right on the main road. The ambiance is simple with few chairs for small groups to sit and enjoy their healthy blends.We tried couple of their juices like the Spinach, Pineapple and Lime blend. An exotic blend made with cold pressed juice blends. The lime gave a great kick at the end! By following the cold pressed method most of the nutrients of the juices are preserved in the blend. The price of this cold pressed blend is a steal! Next, we had the Red Oxidants. Filled with antioxidants of Strawberries, raspberries, orange and pomegranate it makes up as anti-pollution. The Watermelon and Coconut blend is perfect for summers as it rejuvenates a dehydrated body. Lastly, we had the Orange, Honey with added fibers blend. The fibers give your body the needed roughage. On the other hand, we had their Oat Meal Fruit Salad Bowl. The bowl is equivalent to a meal as it contains variety of fruits, nuts, dates and ofcourse oats soaked in milk. A complete meal in itself for those looking to try a healthier alternative. We also had some of their milk shakes like the Mango Banana Smoothie. This milkshake was thick and the taste of the mango came out so well. The Nut and Grain is again very heavy on the stomach as it is made with oats, almonds, raisins, dates and cashews. The milkshakes does have little bit of sugar but you can opt out of it as well.Overall, the prices of the juices here are pocket friendly. Most of their blends, milkshakes and cold pressed juices are for less than 100 bucks! The blends are perfect in taste and filled with all the required nutrients. The review is solely based on juices and not on ambience.I loved the juices here. They serve juices as is which means no added water or sugar. They have cold pressed juices and alot of healthy juices with spinach, wheatgrass, corriander. I have tried antioxidant and green tea with orange juice. Both are really good.Antioxidant consists of pomegranate, strawberry and blue berry, is a wonderful juice served here. It not only tastes great but is Rich in minerals and extremely refreshing. Pomegranate is a great source of iron, strawberry and blue berry is known for their Antioxidant values. At just 150/- INR it is totally worth it.Green tea and orange is good but the flavour depends upon your taste buds.Taste- 5/5Price- 5/5Presentation- 3.5/5Ambience- 3/5
