With such a great and comfortable food from their hotel, we decided to give a try to their sweets. The first thing I tried was my favorite, Rasmalai.Oh my, they have the best of rasmalai in town, with such a thick malai, filled with nuts. Each bite gave me euphoria. The next thing is thei laddoo, being someone who’s not fan of laddoos, this became my favorite ❤
Hanuman’s rasmalai is DELIGHTFUL. Their champakali and gaajar ka halwa also deserve an honourable mention. Highly recommended!
To all the lovers of sweet -meat , the sweets at hanuman bring in a sense of satisfaction. Since a toddler I have been visiting this place , it’s part of old Mangalore and the vicinity is not so appealing. The desserts and the snacks served out here make up for the look factor .If you are visiting it at in the early evening , do try the kachori and the rasmalai. I love the packed gatiya’s and mixtures. For the sweet tooth the khadi, ladoos, kala jamoon are a must. The jalebis of Hanuman sweets are very famous too.
The place is surprisingly clean, tidy n neatly organized. The shop owner n staff are very nice.Ras malai is very good, but a bit too pricey. Other sweets like gulab jamun, jellebi etc are pretty decent.
This is a small indian Mithai store located in car street. The sweets available here yummy. The Rasmalai here is simply lip smacking and my favourite since my childhood is the ‘coconut barfi’.
