Pav Bhaji, Vada Pav, Idli Sambar, Poha. Yes they do have South Indian + North Indian dishes in their Menu. Not much to applaud the ambiance. Their food quality is good and good service too.
So, after hearing alot of this local restaurant, we decided to give a try. We reached there around 8:30, and the place was a bit crowded, for the breakfast.The place is not too big, yet isn’t too small. The restaurant is well maintained and clean. We ordered a masala dosa, a puri bhaji and tea.The masala dosa was good. The poori bhaji is one of the best I’ve had in mangalore. And being a tea person, I’ve not had a tea this good in a while.The staffs are good, and even though it gets crowded, they never delay to take the order or deliver the food.
On the busy street of car street there lies the busy Hotel Hanuman. The place was fully occupied, took us sometime​ to grab a table.We tried the vada pav, menasina kai baje and coffee. The vada pav was decent, the baje was hot and crispy but lacked the thick batter. However , the service was below expectations, the waiter could not differentiate the items. Adding to it, he was slightly nosy. A decent place for a quick bite in between your chores at the old Mangalore streets.
The only dish I crave from Hanuman is pav bhaji and it’s just delicious ! And the rates are reasonable and affordable ! Do try it!#pavbhaji
The owner and staff there are so nice with a service minded. Variety of dishes to choose. english menu is available upon request. I am much satisfied with this place.
Awesome place for Breakfast. I love the sambar here. Idli sambar, Samosa, Buns, poha etc. Best Breakfast place i have ever been. Do visit this place.
