Kolkatta chat house is indeed for street food lovers. Theres no concept of hygiene or ambience. It is a v small joint, the size of a food truck. The food quality is pretty bad and we did not enjoy their bhelpuri or aloo tikkis. Would recommend the chat available in a push cart in C block in comparision to this place
The sukha Puri, sev Puri, plain culet are the best!Should add sev and onion to the plain samosa instead of serving it plain tho.Value of money: 10/10Taste: 9/10
Went to this place reading few reviews here and ordered aloo tikki chat tonight, hoping it would be like the ones you get in Delhi but boy oh boy was I HUGELY dissapointed!!! The tikki was in a tiny shape of a heart for a start, and it had no filling in it and it was tasteless, then it was a bit bitter, then it had a foul taste. The worse part is they give only one tikki and it costs ₹40.Never take anyone’s word till you try it yourself.
Victoria Kolkata chat house – is a complete samosa chat house. The taste of samosas will take you to kolkata and the Jalebi – awesome. These guys are also remain quite busy, I will recommend this place to all the street food lovers.
A must place for all who love the street food experience and especially for the Muri for people from Kolkata. We are regular visitors and the pani puri and samosas are just awesome. Best Kolkata style samosas. The parathas are also quite good and filling. Very thankful for this place in sahakar nagar!
